Choice of base
“Smooth” or “lace” Our pyramids range from 63 to 200 cream puffs. You can count four cream puffs per person. The cream puffs are filled with pastry cream and are assembled to form a croquembouche. The decoration consists of sugar flowers and dragees. For an ideal tasting experience, we recommend limiting your choice to 2 flavors.
