Choice of base:
“Smooth” or “lace” Our pyramids range from 63 to 200 puffs. You can count four cabbages per person. The puffs are filled with pastry cream and are assembled to form a cake. The decoration is made up of sugar flowers and dragees. For an ideal tasting, we recommend that you limit your choice to 2 flavors.
