Conservation & Tasting: For a dessert complement, we advise you to count 2 to 3 macarons per person. If the pyramid is a main dessert, we recommend 5 to 6 macarons per person.
Depending on the size of the pyramid, we have a number of flavors to offer:
- 40 and 60 macarons: two flavors.
- From 80 to 160 macarons: three flavors.
- 210 macarons: up to four flavors

Choice of base: Pink, chocolate, caramel and white or lace. Personalization of the base with letters is exclusively available for the pyramids of 210 macarons.
The “Infiniment Chocolat” macarons are systematically placed at the base of the pyramid.
