A very pure, very pastry dessert which masterfully highlights the contrast between the richness of the white chocolate ganache and the vanilla mascarpone cream, and the crunch of the shortcrust pastry. Infiniment Vanille is made from a blend of different varieties of vanilla (Mexico, Tahiti, Madagascar). This “Homemade” vanilla restores the taste of ideal vanilla according to Pierre Hermé.
