The creations of Maison Pierre Hermé Paris are crafted in our own workshops. Our creations celebrate pastry techniques, skill, and expertise. We carefully select each ingredient for its taste and quality. To preserve the essence of each ingredient, we prefer using cold rather than sugar. We employ positive refrigeration and negative freezing, utilizing technology for its best qualities, guided solely by pleasure and emotion.
Pastries and macaroons are delicate and should be stored in the refrigerator, with pastries consumed within two days and macaroons lasting 3-4 days.
For Maison Pierre Hermé Paris, choosing ingredients is essential. Pierre Hermé selects high-quality ingredients through encounters and travels, fostering personal, trusting, and friendly relationships with producers. For example, the butter used by Maison has come from the same dairy for many years, a mark of loyalty and rigor. Often, Maison has exclusive sourcing, as is the case with coffee or lemon, where we use the majority of the harvests from extremely limited productions.
We scrupulously follow food hygiene regulations and consumer protection laws. Additionally, we ensure our suppliers do the same. We track, in real-time, the history, use, and composition of all Maison products, from raw materials to finished goods. External organizations regularly conduct checks, and, if there is any concern about a product, batch recall procedures allow us to remove defective products from sale in under 30 minutes, if necessary.
The list of allergenic ingredients used in each recipe is available in the dedicated “Allergens” section within the product descriptions on our website, for the information and convenience of our customers. You can also contact our team for more details.
Place bouquets in a cool, shaded room, and keep the vase filled with water. For arrangements, wet the foam daily.
The bouquets are created by our team of florists in our flower workshop within La Mamounia.
Bouquets and arrangements are available for three months, following a seasonal approach. Each season, we present a new collection.
Unfortunately, no... Our collections are crafted with the finest flower varieties available, which vary with the seasons. Bouquets are thus only available for the duration of a collection.
Our bouquets are between 50cm and 70cm in height, and their diameter ranges from 45cm to 80cm, depending on the bouquet type and flower varieties used. You can consult each bouquet’s product sheet for more specific information.
Our flowers mainly come from the Netherlands. However, we also select the best quality local flowers when they are beautiful.
